(Added 2020-05-24): 3 second disable on "Draw" button to allow other players to pong/gong/hu.
(Added 2020-05-24): Added tooltip for "eat", "eat left" and "eat right" which pop-up an example for each case.
(Added 2020-05-24): Fix bug when player "an gong" with fewer than 4 tiles in hand.

Points to note:

1. "Move not allowed" occurs when more than 1 player selects an action in the same turn (draw and pong). First come first served.
